Refund Policy

Returns and refunds

At Yogurt Alley, we prepare fresh yogurt-based desserts using real ingredients and minimal processing. Since our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, refunds are handled carefully based on the nature of the issue.


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing item in the order

  • Product damaged during delivery

  • Verified quality issue

  • Duplicate payment or payment failure with amount deducted

All refund or replacement requests must be reported within 6 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos and order details.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Taste preference or personal dislike

  • Delays caused by external delivery partners

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by customer

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Minor packaging or presentation variations


3. Subscription Orders

For subscription deliveries, refunds may not be applicable once the order has been prepared or dispatched.

If a delivery delay occurs due to operational or unforeseen issues, Yogurt Alley will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery at the earliest possible time.


4. Refund Process

Once a refund request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers

  • In some cases, store credits or replacements may be offered instead of monetary refunds


5. Third-Party Platform Orders

Orders placed through Swiggy or Zomato are also subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies.

Customers may need to raise refund requests directly through the platform used to place the order.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before preparation begins.

Once the order is prepared, packed, or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted due to the perishable nature of the products.
